Information for the Exhibitors 

Gentili Espositori - Dear Exhibitors 

The Armadillo Club wants to welcome you to the Acoustic Guitar Lutherie, Import, Vintage, Accessories Show, in Sarzana (La Spezia) at the Fortress Firmafede. We wish you a very confortable staying and good contacts and businesses, we also hope you'll enjoy the beatiful  place  and all the concerts and events which will take place during the 13th edition of the Acoustic Guitar Meeting. 

Vi ricordiamo che l’Esposizione ha inizio venerdì 21 maggio 2010 alle ore 11.00 ,  per cui sarà permesso allestire sia giovedì 20 maggio tutto il giorno dalle ore 9  fino alle 18, sia la mattina di venerdì dalle ore 8 alle 11 . Per i ritardatari sarà permesso l’allestimento sabato mattina dalle ore 9 alle 11, prima dell’orario di apertura giornaliero. 

We want to remind you the the Show will start on 2010 friday May 21st at 11a.m. You are allowed to work in the booths from thursday May 20th,  9a.m. to 6p.m. and friday May 21st,  9 to 11a.m. 

Questi gli orari dell’Esposizione:  venerdì 21-sabato 22-domenica 23 maggio 2010:   h.11-19 
N.B. Si effettuerà  apertura serale durante i concerti solo degli stand di CD-DVD-Vinili che saranno posizionati all'interno del salone lato sinistro Fortezza Firmafede, che rimarrà aperto anche perchè di passaggio per l'uscita di sicurezza. 

The opening hours of the Show will be friday 21st-saturday 22nd-sunday 23rd from 11a.m. to 7p.m. 
Only the CD-DVD-Viniles booths, located in the left area of the Fortress, will be open during the night concerts. 

Le operazioni di smontaggio degli stands e carico degli autoveicoli saranno consentite la domenica dopo le h.19 e il lunedì mattina dalle h.9 
Vi preghiamo  di attenervi  a queste disposizioni. 

Dismission of the booths will be permitted on sunday May 23rd after 7p.m. 
We hope you will understand and follow these rules. 

Vi ricordiamo che l'Esposizione all'interno della Fortezza Firmafede è di carattere puramente espositivo e non di vendita. L'Associazione Culturale "Armadillo Club" declina ogni tipo di responsabilità nel caso in cui non ci si attenga a questa disposizione. 

We remind you that this is  an exhibition Show and it is not allowed to sell goods.  We do not have any responsability in the case you won't follow this disposition. 

Per affiggere eventuale materiale pubblicitario cartaceo o similare ai muri usare unicamente adesivo che non lasci tracce  ed evitare assolutamente l’utilizzo di chiodi, puntine da disegno o quant’altro possa danneggiare  le pareti. Inoltre vi preghiamo di rispettare in ogni forma il prestigioso luogo che ci ospita. 
Recentemente restaurata dalla Soprintendenza dei Beni Architettonici e del Paesaggio della Liguria, la Fortezza Firmafede fu edificata da Lorenzo il Magnifico  nel XV secolo ed è una delle fortificazioni più imponenti e meglio conservate sul territorio italiano. 

We hope you will understand and respect the wonderful place were we'll stay during the days of the Show. The Firmafede Fortress is a beautiful fortified city of the 15th-century, huge in proportions and surface and lying in the heart of the historical centre of Sarzana. It has been recentely restored by the Heritage Preservation Board, therefore it is important to work in the rooms, on the walls and everywhere with a sense of preservation and respect. 

Vi informiamo inoltre che al perfezionamento dell’iscrizione riceverete un pass ad un prezzo speciale che darà diritto all'ingresso  per assistere ai concerti  serali. Preghiamo di conservare il pass e di esibirlo all'ingresso della Fortezza alle h.21 per evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti: la mancanza comporterà il pagamento del biglietto intero. Riceverete anche indicazioni utili e consigli  per il soggiorno, la ristorazione, ecc. 
Controllate sul sito le convenzioni con gli alberghi della nostra area. 

We want to inform you that at your arrival you will receive, at the reception desk, pass/badge at special price to attend the night concerts with the best acoustic guitar players. You will also receive information about hotels, restaurants and other  suggestions for your staying in Sarzana.

L'ingresso del pubblico in visita all'Esposizione durante gli orari giornalieri è libero, a pagamento per i concerti serali. 

The admission of the public is free, during the day time of the Show, with ticket during the night concerts.
